I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location was convenient, being so close to the Coliseum, the room mix-up and temperature issues were disappointing. The staff was friendly, especially the breakfast and cleaning ladies. The dining options were average, but the Neapolitan pizza stood out. Pricing was reasonable.
